The Crown Camera was manufactured by T.P. Bethell of Liverpool in circa 1897. A quarter plate cardboard box camera capable of processing two plates. It was sold as complete set for beginners including a a case, two dark slides, two plates, chemicals and a handbook of photography. It carries patent No. 2965, Feb 1896.
