The Lordomat C-35 camera was manufactured by Leidolf company of Wetzlar, Western Germany in circa 1956 and sold in the US by Montgomery Ward. A high quality 35 mm camera featuring a built-in exposure meter. Constructed of a die-cast aluminum body with leather covering and covering and satin chrome trim. The camera is designed to capture twenty or thirty-six 24 x 36mm exposures on standard 35mm roll film. It was fitted with a 6-element Lordon 50mm f1.9 coated lens and a Prontor SVS "MXV" shutter providing eight speeds of 1 to 1/300th of a second, plus bulb. It also featured a built-in optical view finder, double exposure prevention, built-in self timer, a four lens view-finder, flash synchronization and a rapid wind film advance, exposure count and shutter set.
