The Lordomatic camera was manufactured by Leidolf company of Wetzlar, Germany in circa 1955. A 35 mm camera featuring a coupled match-needle metering, but no rangefinder. Constructed of a die-cast aluminum body with leatherette covering and satin chrome trim. The camera is designed to capture twenty or thirty-six 24 x 36mm exposures on standard 35mm roll film. It was fitted with a Lordonar 50mm f2.8 lens and a Prontor-SLK shutter providing eight speeds of 1 to 1/300th of a second, plus bulb. It also featured a built-in bright-frame view finder, double exposure prevention and flash synchronization.
