The Unimatic 707 camera was manufactured by Leidolf company of Wetzlar, Western Germany for Unimark Photo Inc. of New York in circa 1961. A well made 35mm camera featuring a coupled rangefinder and a automatic exposure control. Similar to the Lordox Super Automat. The camera was constructed of a die-cast aluminum body with black leather covering and the exposed metal satin chromed. It was fitted with a Landonar 50mm f2.8 coated lens and a Prontor-Matic shutter providing speeds from 1/30th to 1/500th of a second, plus bulb. It also featured a built-in optical view finder, parallax correction, flash synchronization and a rapid-wind film, count and shutter advance.
