It has a metal face-plate imprinted with the name Barco with three stars on each side and the phrase "MADE IN JAPAN" on the bottom, dating the camera into the fifties. It took 14×14mm exposures on narrow paper-backed 17.5mm film. The camera was fitted with a fixed focus lens and an simple instantaneous shutter.
