The Lucky hit-type camera was manufactured in Japan from an unknown manufacturer in circa 1945-1952. The camera was constructed of molded pot-metal with leatherette covering. It has a common style metal face-plate imprinted with the name Lloyd's printed on top and three stars on each side and the phrase "MADE IN JAPAN" on the bottom. The camera took 14 x 14mm exposures on narrow paper-backed 17.5mm film with a single speed instantaneous shutter and a fixed focus lens
