The Myracle Model II hit-type sub-miniature camera was manufactured in Japan by Sugaya Koki, Sugaya Optical Company Ltd., in circa 1950. Two distinct versions were produced. One with a black stenciled face-plate and one all metal. The camera was constructed of molded metal similar in shape and design to hit-type cameras. They can be found covered with red, blue or black leather. The camera took 14 x 14mm exposures on paper-backed 17.5mm film. It featured a quality Anstigmat f4.5 lens and a multi-speed instantaneous shutter providing 1/25, 1/50 and 1/100 of a second and also bulb.
