  Pamex Hit-type Subminiature Camera

The Pamex hit-type camera was manufactured in Japan from an unknown manufacturer in circa 1950. The camera was constructed of molded pot-metal with leatherette covering. It has a common style metal face-plate imprinted with the uncommon name PAMEX printed on top. The camera took 14 x 14mm exposures on paper-backed 17.5mm film. It featured a simple single speed instantaneous shutter and a fixed focus lens.
