The Q.P hit-type camera was manufactured in Japan from an unknown manufacturer in circa 1950. The camera was constructed of metal with leatherette covering. It has two variations of the lens mount with a common style hit-type style face-plate imprinted with the name Q. P on the top. Made in Japan is printed on the bottom. The camera took 14 x 14mm exposures on paper-backed 17.5mm film. It featured a simple single speed instantaneous shutter and a fixed focus lens.
