The Toko hit-type camera was manufactured in Japan in circa 1945-1952 by Toyo Koki. It is a better quality hit-type camera than the mass produced models but not as high quality as the similar Tone camera. The main difference was the lack of the variable speed shutter. It took 14 x 14mm exposures on narrow paper-backed 17.5mm film. It was fitted with a single speed instantaneous shutter and a f4.5 fixed focus lens. It featured a waist-level and eye-level view finder.
