The United Camera was manufactured by Marion & Co. in circa 1887. The compact and light camera was constructed of best made good mahogany with a leather bellows. It was capable of providing 6 1/2 x 4 3/4 inch exposures on glass plates. It featured rack and pinion adjustment, reversing and swing back, rising and falling front, a rectilinear lens, and guillotine instantaneous shutter, and a strong three fold tripod. The United Camera was priced at £7 7s in 1887.
