  Mosquito II camera by Bauchet

The Mosquito II camera was sold by by Ets Bauchet & Cie of Paris, France in circa 1956. The camera was manufactured for Bauchet by the Fex company of France. It was similar to the Misquito I camera except that it featured an improved shutter and a synchronized flash. It was capable of capturing 6 x 9 cm exposures on No. 620 roll film. The camera was constructed of black plastic with a rectangular telescoping front. It featured a fixed focus "Superitar" lens and a simple but improved two speed instantaneous shutter providing 1/25 and 1/100 of a second speeds.
