The Gevaphot camera was manufactured in France for Gevaert Photo-Producten N.V. company from approximately 1952 to 1953. The camera was constructed of black plastic bakelite with a metal face-plate surrounding the lens. It featured a built-in brilliant view finder on the left side and a helical telescoping lens mount. It featured a meniscus lens. The shutter was synchronized for flash and provided two speeds of 1/25th and 1/100th of a second, plus bulb. This camera was capable of capturing 6x9cm exposures on no. 620 roll film.
