The Peritus Camera was sold by Jonathan Fallowfield in circa 1898. Sold as a camera or complete set. The sets included the camera with a Fallowfield Rapid doublet lens with iris diaphragms, Thornton-Pickard's time and instantaneous shutter, three double slides, a three-fold tripod stand and rigid canvas case for the camera and a flexible case for the tripod. Made in every size imaginable, including 6 1/2 x 4 3/4 inch, 6 1/2 x 8 1/2 whole plate size, 10 x 8, 12 x 10, 15 x 12, 18 x 16, 20 x 16, 22 x 18, and 24 x 20 inches. Prices ranged from £6 10 0 to £25 14 0.
