  Stereo Hand Camera by J. Fallowfield


Jonathan Fallowfield introduced the Fallowfield Stereo Hand Camera in circa 1896. This stereo camera was designed with a magazine which was capable of capturing twelve plates or twenty-four cut films exposures that were 6 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches in size, or can be converted to capture twenty-four plates or forty-eight cut films 4 1/4 x 3 1 /4 inches ( quarter plate) in size. also it can be used as a quarter plate camera by closing the lines with a simple arrangement provided with the camera. Features included morocco leather covering, an automatic changing and registering system, Aluminum mounted lens, two large and sunk finders with covers, focusing for any distance and a shutter with pneumatic regulation from one to 1/100 of a second. and tripod socket. The camera measures 10 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 inches. Originally priced at £11 11s 0d.
