  Bolsey C Camera

The Bolsey model C 35mm Camera was manufactured by the Bolsey Corporation of America from circa 1950 to 1956. The Bolsey C was a Twin lens reflex (TLR) camera constructed with a metal body covered in black imitation leather with the exposed metal parts satin chrome plated. Described as the only TLR with both a ground glass reflex focusing and an eye level, coupled rangefinder. It was fitted with a Wollensak f3.2 coated Anastigmat 44mm lens corrected for color. Adjustable diaphragm down to f/16 and focuses from 2 feet to infinity. The shutter provided five speeds ranging from 1/10 to 1/200 of a second, time and bulb. The camera measures approximately 4 1/4 x 3 5/8 x 2 1/4 inches and weighs about 20 ounces. Priced just under $100.
