Suter Swiss Box camera

The Swiss-Box camera was manufactured by Optische Anstalt E. Suter of Basel, Switzerland in circa 1941. This small box camera was made of metal with a painted in crackle-finish. It came in several colors, black, green, and gray. The camera was capable of capturing sixteen 3 x 4 cm pictures on standard no. 127 roll film. It was similar to the Liliput camera but with a shutter release on the side operating a simple single speed instantaneous shutter. It featured a focusing lens, scaled to 0.5 metres.
