The Photo Master camera was manufactured by Herold Mfg. Co. of Chicago in circa 1950. The minicam camera was constructed of molded bakelite plastic with a built-in view finder and featured either a metal face-plate or on some models the name was molded ino the plastic shutter face. It was fitted with a fixed focus Rollax 50mm lens and an instantaneous shutter. The camera took sixteen 3 x 4 cm exposures on no. 127 or A8 roll film. Originally priced at $1.98.
