The Spartus 120 and Spartus 120 Flash camera was manufactured by Herold Mfg. Co. of Chicago in circa 1951. It was a simple box camera constructed of brown or black bakelite plastic with a built-in viewfinder and a metal face-plate. The camera captured 6×6 cm exposures on standard 120 roll film. It was fitted with a fixed focus Roxmar lens and an instantaneous shutter plus time. The camera had dual sockets for attaching a synchronized flash gun.
