The Auto Graflex Junior Camera was manufactured from approximately 1914 to 1924. Designed as a small, compact reflecting camera for portability. Fitted with the Zeiss Kodak anastigmat lens and standard Graflex focal plane shutter with five fixed apertures, permitting exposure speeds from time to 1/1000 of a second. This camera takes images 2 1/4 x 3 1/2 inches in size.

The front is constructed with one stamped piece of heavy brass for rigidity. The camera is covered in leather. Features include a focusing hood that is detachable, allowing access to the ground glass focusing screen, a safety device which prevents the winding of the curtain when the mirror is up, a compact folding focusing hood, retracting bellows and lens with protective door, one tripod socket. When closed the camera measures 6 1/4 x 5 x 5 inches and weighs 39 ounces. The Auto Graflex Junior with lens sold for $53.50 in 1914
